This juice keeps things simple and clean with the necessary juicing greens. Drinking this regularly will without a doubt change you for the good. Whether it’s a glowing complexion you’re after, or you want to reset your cravings, or just have a nutritious energy drink instead of the same old dehydrating coffee. Green juice is a magical elixir if you ask me, and kids love it too!

My advice for a real “everyday” juice is to juice whatever you have! If you don’t have cucumber, throw in more celery. If you don’t have ginger, use garlic. If you have leftover lettuce, toss it in before it goes bad! Any greens will do as a kale replacement so use what you have. No apples but you have kiwi? Perfect! Only fruit in the house is a banana? No problem, eat it as a snack! HA. Seriously, do not try to juice bananas, save them for smoothies…

serves 2

1 carrot

1 lemon

1 cucumber

2 celery stalk

1-inch ginger

1 bunch kale

1 handful of parsley

1 cored and chopped apple

handful of wheatgrass, optional, but use it

Optional add-ins: chlorophyll, sea moss, spirulina

Combine all ingredients in a juicer and enjoy right away!  Stir in powder supplements once the juice is in a glass.

TIP: No need to peel anything, just wash the skins really good.
