Detoxifying Tomato-Vegetable Juice

This healthy (and potentially spicy) tomato-vegetable juice recipe is what happens when a Bloody Mary meets a salad. Vodka is a great addition, but optional. Eat AND drink your veggies folks!

1 cup chopped romaine or spinach

1/4 cup fresh parsley

1/4 cup chopped fresh chives

2 Roma tomatoes, cut into wedges

1/4-1/2 fresh jalapeño

1 large red bell pepper, cut into eighths

2 large celery stalks

1 medium carrot

1 clove garlic, optional

garnishes- celery stalk, pickle, cherry tomato, pimiento-stuffed green olives, lime

Add all the ingredients to a juicer. Fill 2 glasses with ice, garnish as desired, and enjoy. I highly suggest a spritz of lime juice 😉
