Tomorrow is Monday and Monday’s are for juicing! I love to start the week with discipline and focus. Starting the week with fresh vegetable juice gives me with a powerful burst of energy and a sense of vibrancy, the kind of Monday energy we wall want. I typically juice about 3x a week, one is always Monday morning, and one of the other times is a Tuesday night dinner replacement. I deeply believe in juicing and fasting for health and vitality. The beginning of the week is the best time to exhibit self discipline in the form of highly nutritious food, fasting, and sobriety (dry Mondays and Tuesdays). The weekends debauchery is over, for now, and it’s time to take on the world. Have a great week everyone, the time is NOW.
