It can be hard as a globe trotting vegan, part of visiting another country and experiencing other cultures is by trying their specialty cuisine!  For those of you like me who have sensitivities to dairy and love animals too much to eat them, these restrictions can be hard to accommodate in some places and damn impossible in others.  I have discovered Vegan Versions for some of the world’s most loved dishes!
