Bahamian Bikini-Body Smoothie

Makes 1 smoothie

If you’re craving a taste of the tropics and a flat tummy, this smoothie is for you! The enzymes from pineapple & papaya help with digestion, and relieve belly bloat. This is one of my go-to recipes for getting bikini body ready before a trip to the islands.

1 cup coconut water

1 cup torn spinach

1 cup chopped papaya

1/2 cup pineapple chunks

2 tablespoons lime juice

1 teaspoon minced ginger

In a high-speed blender, combine all ingredients and blend until smooth.
